School of Public Affairs

Elizabeth is a second year Master of Public Administration student. Her policy interests include women’s parity, socioeconomic mobility, alleviating barriers to higher education, urban housing development, and resisting the destructive forces of bigotry, racism, and oppression that consume our country.

Elizabeth is from Sacramento, CA but has resided in the District for five years. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree from American University and, during that time span, worked for a host of organizations–Running Start and Voice of America, included. Currently, she is stationed with a federal government contractor. Elizabeth prides her work as student council President; she finds it a meaningful way to incorporate her skills, experience, and knowledge to give back to a community near and dear to her heart.
